koppop is an internal email operations platform operated by the koppop.com team. Authorized staff use it to manage outbound email for company-owned domains, review delivery and bounce results, and view Gmail Postmaster Tools traffic and reputation metrics.

What koppop does

  • Postmaster metrics are read only after you grant consent
  • We do not read email content and do not send email through Google APIs
  • We do not modify or delete any data in your Google account

How koppop uses Google APIs

koppop uses Google OAuth 2.0 and asks for your explicit consent. The requested scopes are openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.traffic.readonly (read-only access to Gmail Postmaster Tools traffic data). The Postmaster scope is used only to read aggregate traffic metrics for domains that are already registered in your Postmaster Tools account, such as delivery rate, spam rate, bounce rate and domain reputation.

koppop does not read email bodies, subjects, contacts, attachments or any part of a Gmail mailbox. It does not send email through Google APIs and does not modify or delete any Google data. You can withdraw access at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps and services.

Artificial intelligence and AI NCII

koppop does not use Google API data to train, develop or provide any artificial intelligence model or generative content. In particular, koppop does not create, request or facilitate AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), and does not use Google data for any similar purpose.
