koppop Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of koppop (the "Application"), an internal email operations and domain reputation platform operated by the koppop.com team. The application entry point is https://crm.koppop.com. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of the service
The Application is provided only to authorized koppop.com personnel for internal purposes: managing outbound email for company-owned domains, reviewing delivery results, and viewing Gmail Postmaster Tools traffic and reputation metrics through the official read-only API. The Application is not offered to the general public, does not provide public registration, and may not be resold, rented or used to provide services to third parties.
2. Google API usage
- The Application uses Google OAuth 2.0 and requests only
openid,emailandhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.traffic.readonly. - You must authorize with a Google account that has access to the relevant Postmaster Tools domains.
- Use of Google APIs through the Application is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account.
3. Restrictions on data use
The Application does not use Google API data for advertising, user profiling, sale or rental, and does not use it to train, develop or provide artificial intelligence or generative models. Google API data must not be used for AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII) or any similar purpose.
4. Service provided "as is"
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of data. The operator is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by Google API changes, expired authorization, network failures or other events beyond reasonable control.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and internal policies. You must not use the Application for unlawful activities or to infringe the rights of others, attempt to bypass access controls, or abuse Google API quotas.
6. Changes and termination
The operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the Application, and may update these Terms, according to business needs. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

koppop 服务条款
本服务条款（以下简称「本条款」）适用于 koppop（以下简称「本应用」），即由 koppop.com 团队内部运营的邮件发送与域名信誉管理平台，入口为 https://crm.koppop.com。使用本应用即表示您同意本条款。
一、服务范围
本应用仅供 koppop.com 经授权的内部人员用于内部目的：管理公司自有域名的邮件发送、查看投递结果，以及通过官方只读 API 查看 Gmail Postmaster Tools 的流量与信誉指标。本应用不向公众提供服务，不开放公开注册，也不得转售、出租或用于向第三方提供服务。
二、Google API 的使用
- 本应用使用 Google OAuth 2.0，仅请求
openid、email和https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.traffic.readonly权限。 - 您应使用有权访问相应 Postmaster Tools 域名的 Google 账号进行授权。
- 通过本应用使用 Google API 受 Google API 服务条款和 Google API 服务用户数据政策约束，包括其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求。
- 您可以随时在 Google 账号中撤销授权。
三、数据使用限制
本应用不会将 Google API 数据用于广告、用户画像、出售或出租，也不会用于训练、开发或提供人工智能或生成式模型。Google API 数据不得用于 AI 生成的未经同意的私密影像（AI NCII）或任何类似用途。
四、按现状提供
本应用按「现状」和「可用」状态提供。运营方不承诺服务不中断或数据绝对准确。因 Google API 变更、授权过期、网络故障或其他合理控制之外的事件导致的数据延迟或中断，运营方不承担责任。
五、使用规范
使用者应遵守适用的法律法规及公司内部规定，不得利用本应用从事违法活动或侵害他人权益，不得尝试绕过平台的访问控制，不得滥用 Google API 配额。
六、变更与终止
运营方可根据业务需要调整、暂停或终止本应用，并更新本条款。更新后的条款将在本页面发布。更新后继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
七、适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。
